Multi-part Training Sessions

A well-trained workforce that follows compliance guidelines is central to productivity, morale, trust, and performance. KSB Law combines knowledge of employment law with experience in workforce training to help facilitate compliance and respect in the workplace.

KSB Law offers multiple training opportunities for all types of organizations and businesses. These training programs can be held live or virtually. Both types are interactive and engaging to fully involve each audience in the subject area. Training can be tailored to small or large groups, or even be held one-on-one with individuals. Topics cover all aspects of the prevention and remediation of misconduct in various types of workplaces. As with all KSB training programs, content can be tailored to suit an employer’s specific needs. Trainings generally last from 2-3 hours but can be narrowed or enhanced as needed.


The Training Series being offered by KSB Law is designed to be a multi-part learning program on varying facets of employment law.

These programs combine some of the Firm’s more popular offerings into a more condensed format to provide participants the greatest impact in the shortest time period. The programs fall under three areas:

RESPECTFUL, INCLUSIVE AND COMPLIANT WORKPLACES TRAINING SERIES

We also offer a General Training Series for all employees which focuses on creating respectful, inclusive and compliant workplaces. This two-part training session is a thought-provoking and impactful Program that is critical given the current social and legal climate. The topics addressed are highly relevant, particularly given the impact of the #MeToo, Black Lives Matter, and Stop Asian Hate movements.

HUMAN RESOURCES AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE TRAINING SERIES

The Human Resources and Legal Compliance Series has multiple parts that address an array of issues required to conduct competent investigations within the current social climate and provides a proactive approach to creating a harmonious work environment in the face of challenging social issues.

The Human Resources and Legal Compliance Training Series has four sessions:


MANAGER SERIES: AVOIDING EMPLOYMENT COMPLIANCE PITFALLS AND PROMOTING A PRODUCTIVE WORKPLACE TRAINING SERIES

This two-part series updates management on frequently changing laws, rules and regulations in this area of employment law, covers a variety of issues that arise throughout the employment relationships, from recruiting and hiring to discipline and termination and provides managers with strategies and tools in the areas of performance management, leadership, and conflict resolution.

The Manager Training Series has two sessions.
