We can conduct investigation interviews in Spanish if English is not an individual’s first language and they are more comfortable speaking with the investigator in Spanish.

Through our decades-in-the-making signature investigation training workshop, HR on Trial, we enhance internal investigators’ skills to handle complaints effectively and conduct thorough investigations. HR on Trial covers the fundamental steps of the investigation process, along with more nuanced and advanced areas, identifying common pitfalls and emphasizing trusted protocols. Our trainers deliver content in an informative and entertaining fashion, typically utilizing a pop-culture theme and interactive role-play to maximize participant engagement and learning retention.

EXPERT WITNESS SERVICES

We prepare expert reports and provide expert witness testimony on the efficacy of investigations for litigation matters. With 30 years of investigation experience, our Managing Partner testifies during the deposition and trial phases of litigation on the quality and effectiveness of investigations. She has also presented before the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights regarding the groundbreaking best practices for investigations set forth in the February 2020 Report entitled Preventing and Eliminating Sexual Harassment in New Jersey.
