Employment Law & DEI Services: We assist organizations to prevent and promptly remedy workplace conflict, foster positive environments, mitigate bias, and minimize legal risks through a comprehensive range of services, including workplace investigations, DEI and equal pay audits, culture assessments, and a broad array of impactful training in 40+ content areas.
ADR & Expert Witness Services: Our attorney neutrals facilitate expeditious dispute resolution through arbitration and mediation for matters pending in the courts or arbitration forums as well as pre-litigation matters, such as workplace mediations. Our neutrals serve on several American Arbitration Association (AAA) arbitration panels, AAA mediation panel, and the NJ Civil Roster of Mediators. We also provide expert opinions and testimony on the efficacy of workplace investigations.

OUR MISSION & STORY OF ADVANCEMENT AND RETENTION

Kirsten Scheurer Branigan, Founder and Managing Partner, established the Firm in 2006 after a decade of practicing employment law at a prominent New Jersey firm. She simultaneously spearheaded the revitalization of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association (NJWLA), significantly expanding its membership base. While serving as NJWLA President, she created the first-ever Women’s Initiative and Leaders in Law (WILL) Gala, now a signature annual event attended by hundreds of lawyers and judges in New Jersey.

The advancement and retention of women lawyers has been a core principle of the Firm since its inception and remains integral to our mission today. We actively work to help women lawyers remain in, and transition back into, the practice of law. Our attorneys are involved in state and national research focused on overcoming challenges faced by women and underrepresented lawyers.
