President and Fellows of Harvard College has not only impacted Affirmative Action Programs in Higher Education, but it has had a wide-reaching impact that continues to evolve. It has led to heightened scrutiny with respect to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives/programs and settings outside of educational settings, particularly in employment settings.
