On Thursday, May 16, 2024, Kirsten Scheurer Branigan will be a panelist for the program, “Are DEI Programs DOA? Status of DEI Programs Post SFFA v. Harvard and SFFA v. UNC.” The panel will discuss the future of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Programs by delving into the current legal landscape of DEI and scrutinizing the present status of DEI initiatives across the private and public business and educational sectors.
