If you’re wondering how the United States Supreme Court decision regarding affirmative action could impact your workplace, please join us for a complimentary one-hour virtual program on October 17, 2023. We will discuss the decision made in Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. President and Fellows of Harvard College and its impact on employment settings, including employers that maintain Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
