Please join us on November 14, 2023 for a review of the practical steps of conducting complex Pay Equity/Equal Pay Act (EPA) Audits. EPA Audits are important self-evaluation tools for employers to identify and remediate compensation disparities and to modify existing policies and practices that result in pay disparities.
The Audits give employers the opportunity to correct and resolve existing issues before lawsuits are filed. Audits can help limit potential exposure and damage and facilitate pay equity among employees. This program might particularly interest those serving in human resources, legal, compliance, or leadership roles.
