Unconscious/implicit bias and how it may lead to discriminatory and harassing conduct.

Different types of unconscious bias and how they arise at work.

How to detect personal biases through implicit association tests.

The role that microaggressions/microinequities and microaffirmations play.

Prejudices and stereotypes and how they can improperly impact workplace decisions.

Understanding the implications of White Privilege.

The importance of expanding cultural competency and awareness of different cultures.

How to recognize biases and engage in specific behavioral steps to interrupt biases in professional interactions.
Sessions last approximately 60-90 minutes.
