On September 22, 2021, Kirsten Scheurer Branigan, Esq. and Carole Lynn Nowicki, Esq. were pleased to present a Webcast “ANATOMY OF A SEXUAL HARASSMENT INVESTIGATION: THE GOVERNOR CUOMO INVESTIGATION” for Society of Human Rights Management (SHRM) North Jersey – Rockland Chapter.

Effective investigations impact employee claims, employer defenses, and punitive damage awards under state and federal laws prohibiting harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Investigators should be well-trained, objective, fair, and culturally competent.
