- An explanation of the religious requirements and cultural practices of some of the major ethnic groups in New Jersey;
- Head coverings, facial hair, and clothing;
- Identifying a hostile work environment and how to prevent it;
- Helping businesses respond to requests for accommodations–what is a “reasonable” accommodation?;
- Current FMLA and ADA Developments;
- The New Jersey Fair Workweek Act;
- NLRB Update; and
- Cases of note in the US and New Jersey Supreme Courts.
This program took place virtually from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on November 15, 2023.
