Understanding and bridging the gap in the differences of a multi-generational workforce (age over and under 40):

This program will address:

  • Benefits and challenges of multi-generational teams.

  • Understanding the different feedback, leadership, and communication styles unique to each generation.

  • Types of generational bias and how such biases arise at work.

  • Age-related prejudice, stereotypes, and discrimination and their impact on workplace decisions.

  • How to recognize and avoid potential areas of ageism.

  • Accommodating various generations at work.

Sessions last approximately 60-90 minutes.
