These sessions emphasize work-life balance and overall well-being as key components to healthy and productive work environments.

This program will address:

  • What mindfulness is and why it is useful.

  • Fostering self-awareness.

  • Learning the tools to balance work with personal life.

  • Practicing meditation and self-reflection.

  • Practicing gratitude.

  • Removing stigmas associated with mental health and substance use.

  • Providing meaningful avenues for employees requiring support.

  • Prioritizing flexibility and offering accommodations.

Sessions last approximately 60-90 minutes.
