On June 23, 2020, Teresa Boyle-Vellucci provided a virtual presentation to the Fort Lee Chamber of Commerce: Reopening After COVID – What Employers Need to Know. Ms. Boyle-Vellucci’s presentation focused on employment-related considerations New Jersey employers should have in focus as businesses being to reopen. She highlighted the return-to-work guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, as well as New Jersey laws and executive orders requiring employer compliance in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.
