New Jersey Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association
Kirsten Scheurer Branigan, Esq. was a panelist presenting to employee/plaintiff employment lawyers at a program for the New Jersey chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA-NJ) program entitled, “Arbitration of Employment Cases” on September 20, 2016. The discussion involved plaintiffs concerns on mandatory arbitration and challenges with the arbitration process. Ms. Branigan provided insights from an arbitrator’s perspective and highlighted some arbitration benefits.
