Wage Transparency, Salary Inquiry Bans & Equal Pay

This Training reviews trends on equal pay and wage transparency laws and salary history bans. It reviews relevant compensation reporting and job posting requirements. It provides an overview of conducting self-evaluation audits, ways to protect privileges better, determining substantially similar duties, and avoiding steering/channeling employees into certain roles that create wage gaps. The Training also reviews possible affirmative defenses to equal pay claims and potential legal exposure.
