Neurodiversity at Work

This Training will discuss neurodiversity and its implications for the workplace. In the United States where 15 to 20 percent of the population identifies as neurodivergent or having brains that work and process information differently, it is essential for employers and organizations to gain a handle on understanding and supporting neurodivergent employees and applicants.

  • Study recent case law and administrative actions when it comes to discrimination harassment, and/or retaliation against neurodivergent individuals
