FMLA Requirements & Issues

The FMLA seeks to ease the burden of employees who must take time off from work for various family and/or medical reasons by providing job-protected unpaid leave. However, managing employee requests and administering employee FMLA can be quite challenging for employers. This training will guide Employers on FMLA requirements and issues.

The target audience includes all levels of leadership, such as supervisors, managers, and those who make significant decisions concerning wages and compensation. Personnel in human resources, compliance, and legal roles may also benefit from this Training.
