EEOC 2024 Harassment Guidance Update

In April 2024, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission released long-awaited updated harassment guidance superseding 5 sets of guidance from the 1980s and 1990s. Employers, managers, supervisors, and employees must understand the implications of this new guidance and how Title VII and other equal employment opportunity laws apply to today’s workplace when it comes to harassment.

  • Hot-button issues such as harassment based on gender identity and sexual orientation, reproductive health decisions, religious issues, and free speech
