Civility, Respect & Avoiding Toxic Behaviors

In the workplace today, it is essential that everyone is treated with respect, courtesy, and kindness to maintain a more productive and efficient workplace as well as minimize the irks of harmful, disruptive, or bullying behavior that may create a negative or even worse, toxic culture and environment and avoid behavior that may eventually lead to discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Employers, employees, managers, and supervisors need to focus on positive behavior and fostering a respectful and civil atmosphere where everyone feels valued and included and as if they can make meaningful contributions to the organization.
