Artificial intelligence (AI) is fundamentally changing the workplace and may be a useful tool for employers when it comes to various workplace tasks, whether it be hiring or evaluating employees or monitoring their performance. However, employers must recognize that there are significant risks that come with the use of AI and it may perpetuate biases based on protected class thus leading to an enhanced risk of liability under EEO and discrimination laws as well as laws concerning privacy and security.

This training will provide key information regarding the benefits of AI as well as the risks and how to attempt to minimize such risks.
