TRAINING & COACHING

KSB Law is dedicated to developing innovative and interactive group training programs and workshops and one-on-one employee coaching as a key part of its services. A well-trained workforce that follows compliance guidelines is central to productivity, efficiency, morale, trust, and performance. And a well-educated workforce is critical given the evolving legal and social landscapes.

The Firm’s attorneys are experienced and seasoned employment lawyers and trainers who create interactive and meaningful learning experiences. Our knowledgeable training team includes attorneys in academia at the law school, graduate, and undergraduate levels. Our attorney-trainers create comfortable settings where participants are engaged in interactive and impactful learning experiences, designed to be both informative and enjoyable even when tackling challenging issues. We offer training in both English and Spanish.

We provide our training and coaching services to a diverse range of industries and sectors, including public and private companies, law firms, academic institutions, non-profit and not-for-profit organizations, and governmental entities.

We train and coach employees at all levels, including upper management, executive, human resources, employee relations, legal, compliance, leaders, managers, and non-managerial staff.

Our training and coaching services are also offered in a variety of venues and formats, including virtually (on Zoom and other platforms), large auditoriums, small roundtables, and one-on-one sessions. Our sessions range from 1-hour micro sessions to multi-day robust workshops. All training and coaching can be tailored to client needs.
