Culture Assessments
KSB Law assists organizations in taking proactive measures such as conducting Workplace Culture Assessments (also referred to as Climate Assessments). We offer these services to a diverse range of industries and sectors, including public and private companies, law firms, academic institutions, non-profit and not-for-profit organizations, and governmental entities.
Culture Assessments can be very valuable tools to help companies identify, address, and alleviate tinderboxes before they fully enflame the company culture. A harmonious working environment benefits both the employer and the employees through higher productivity and employee satisfaction and loyalty. Similarly, academic environments infused with respect help to create positive learning environments.
Culture Assessments identify an organization’s strengths and weaknesses and can be helpful in highlighting issues that may not be on the organization’s radar but require action by way of training, investigation, or other remedial measures.
Culture Assessments bring visibility to an array of workplace challenges, including those related to management styles, leadership performance, and communication problems.
KSB Law’s approach to Culture Assessments involves:
- Identifying a group of employees who represent different lines and areas of the business as well as appropriate leaders who may be able to provide helpful information;
- Gathering and reviewing any and all relevant documents such as policies, procedures, organizational charts, and Human Resources information;
- Conducting interviews with the designated employees to elicit necessary information;
- Making findings based upon the information obtained through documents and interviews; and
- Issuing recommendations (if requested) based upon the findings.
