Jin Hwang was a panelist for the program, “Women in the Workplace: Navigating Challenging Times.” The event took place on March 5, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. at Baruch College.
Ms. Hwang, a renowned advocate for gender equity and workplace inclusivity & belonging, shared her insights and experiences navigating the complex landscape of today’s professional environments.
The event was held in honor of Women’s History Month and focused on how companies can continue to promote inclusivity, fairness, and belonging for the retention and advancement of women in the workplace.. This program was moderated by Diana Scott, Human Capital Leader at The Conference Board. Other panelists included Mike Sebring, SVP, Head of Diversity & Inclusion, Citizens Bank and Tunisia Riley, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist, New York Life.
