Beth P. Zoller Spoke on DEI and EEO Law Updates at NJ LERA

Beth P. Zoller was a panelist with the New Jersey Chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA) for a program on the current state of employment discrimination law including how Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs are faring after the change in federal administrations, the status of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, whether NJ state law will be impacted, and related issues.
