On Monday, March 10, 2025, Beth P. Zoller spoke at the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF) Driving Diversity & Leadership Conference (DDLC) on the topic “Can’t We All Just Get Along? When Religion, Culture and DEI Collide in the Workplace.” This session provided employers and organizations with tools and strategies to address and navigate challenging issues related to different and sometimes clashing cultures, belief systems, and rights within the workplace, while at the same time maintaining a diverse and inclusive workforce and complying with the law. Inya Baiye, Kerrie R. Heslin, and Sheldon W. Snipe also spoke on this topic.
