On Thursday, December 12, 2024, Beth P. Zoller will participate as a Panelist for the NJICLE 2024 Employment Law Roundtable. The objective of this program is to bring participants up to date about the most pressing issues facing employers and employees. Specifically, Ms. Zoller will participate in a panel, “Mental Health in the Legal Profession,” framed by the State Bar’s 2023 report on “A Profession in Crisis,” with Timothy F. McGoughran, Esq. and Jennifer M. Mohamed, Esq. The panel will discuss any changes or impacts from when the report was issued to present as well as tools and strategies to address mental health in the legal profession.
