On October 7, 2024 Beth P. Zoller was a panelist at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s NJICLE DEI Conference 2024. This program addressed the of impacts felt in higher education, corporate America, law firms and government organizations as a result of the U.S. Supreme Court ruling on affirmative action last year. The panel will explored other legal actions that have been filed, decisions that provided additional guideposts, efforts that have withstood challenges, and featured a discussion of action items and practical tips for those who believe the principles of DEI should remain resonant in workplace culture.
