Kirsten Scheurer Branigan, Esq. was led a roundtable discussion, sponsored by the American Arbitration Association, on June 7, 2018. Ms. Branigan discussed topics relating to Pro Se Parties, Discovery issues, including AAA Employment Discovery Tools and Motion Practice.
The discussion also included trends, impact of the #MeToo Movement, Ethics and Best Practices on New Jersey’s classification of neutrals as practicing law as a cautionary tale and addressed pending New Jersey legislation on prohibiting mandatory arbitration for sexual harassment cases
