Kirsten Scheurer Branigan, Esq. was a panelist on a program entitled, “Post-Aguas: The Who, What, Where & How of Workplace Investigations” at the National Employment Law Association-NJ Chapter Annual Conference on April 7, 2017 at the Law Center in New Brunswick. The program discussed the impact of the Aguas v. State case on conducting workplace investigations. Ms. Branigan also discussed the formation of the EEOC’s Task Force Study Results on Harassment in the Workplace.
