New Jersey State Bar Association Annual Conference
Kirsten Scheurer Branigan, Esq. was a panelist for a program presented to a statewide audience of attorneys entitled, “Mediation Mythbusters” sponsored by New Jersey State Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section on May 18, 2017 at the New Jersey State Bar Annual Conference. This innovative program was a simulated game show where experienced attorney-advocate “contestants” from diverse areas of business, employment, and construction law fielded questions to “bust the myths” surrounding mediation. The panel also discussed best practices for maximizing benefits to clients, both in the context of private mediations and court-affiliated mediations.
