Kirsten Scheurer Branigan, Esq. was a panelist for a program presented to a statewide audience of lawyers by the New Jersey State Bar Association/Supreme Court Committee on Women in the Courts entitled, Shoemaker’s Children Syndrome – What Lawyers and Law Firms Need to Know About Law Firm Policies Addressing Gender Bias in the Workplace on May 19, 2016. Points addressed were the importance of anti-discrimination and harassment policies, and legal implications under Aguas v. State and the legacy of Lehman v. Toys ‘R’ Us.
