This Training focuses on Workplace Climate and Culture Assessments, including considerations of when to engage in one. It is targeted towards individuals serving in human resources, legal, compliance, or leadership roles.
In today’s evolving workplace and legal landscape, it is important to be proactive. A Workplace Climate and Culture Assessment can be a very valuable tool to help employers identify, address, and alleviate tinderboxes before they fully enflame the organization’s culture.
Organizations and their workforces have been impacted by social movements such as Stop Asian Hate, Black Lives Matter, and #MeToo. A harmonious working environment benefits both the employer and the employees through higher productivity, positive morale, and employee satisfaction and loyalty.
