Navigating Religion, Culture & Politics at Work: Tackling Antisemitism and Islamophobia

We kick off 2024 with an important topic, “Navigating Religion, Culture & Politics at Work: Tackling Antisemitism and Islamophobia,” which will take place virtually on January 23, 2024 from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.

This Lunch & Learn program will cover:

• Unconscious/implicit bias and microaggressions.
• Discrimination and harassment based upon religion, ethnicity, and national origin, including appearance, clothing, language, hair (CROWN Act).
• Religious accommodations under SCOTUS’ new standard in Groff v. DeJoy and religious expression vs. proselyting.
• Political speech, social media, and other off duty conduct.
• White supremacy, bias incidents and hate speech.
• Updating DEI policies/organizational statements and providing employee support.

Please note that this program will offer 1 PDC SHRM credit and 1.2 NJ CLE credits (pending approval).
