Navigating a Multigenerational Workforce

April 30 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Today’s workforce spans multiple generations, each bringing distinct perspectives, communication styles, and expectations to the workplace. Successfully navigating these differences is critical to building cohesive, inclusive, and high-performing teams.

Join us for Navigating a Multigenerational Workforce, a virtual CLE program designed to help employers, in-house counsel, and HR professionals better understand the benefits and challenges of multigenerational teams. This program will explore how generational differences show up in communication, feedback, work habits, and technology use, and offer practical strategies for bridging gaps without relying on age-based stereotypes or assumptions.

Participants will gain insight into:

  • The opportunities and challenges presented by multigenerational teams
  • Key differences in communication styles, feedback preferences and workplace expectations
  • Strategies for fostering collaboration and mutual understanding across generations
  • Avoiding age-based bias and stereotypes in the workplace
  • Providing appropriate accommodation for age-related health conditions, caregiving responsibilities, and other generational needs

Attendees will leave with actionable guidance they can apply immediately to strengthen workplace culture and support employees at every stage of life.

This program is eligible for DEI CLE credit.
