Lori Buza to Speak on Why DEI Matters in Law Practice at the NJSBA’s 2025 Annual Meeting and Convention

On Wednesday, May 14, Lori Buza presented at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2025 Annual Meeting and Convention on the topic Clients, Culture and the Bottom Line: Why DEI Mattes in Law Practice. The program highlighted the importance of recognizing implicit biases, provided tools for lawyers to connect with clients and maintain strong relationships, and discussed DEI in legal practice operations. It also reviewed recent Executive Orders on DEI certifications and how legal professionals can use these to enhance their networks, business development, and leadership.
