Making a Thriving Multigenerational Workforce.” The program seeks to help attendees gain a better understanding of how to navigate and manage generational differences when it comes to leadership, working style, feedback, communications, and technology use, as well as discussing how to bridge differences and make meaningful connections that focus on collaboration and respect and enhance efficiency and productivity in cross-generational teams.
