Beth Zoller will be a speaker at the 16th Annual Women and the Law Seminar hosted by the New Jersey Defense Association, taking place on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at the APA Hotel Woodbridge in Iselin, NJ. This event runs from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM and offers attendees 4.0 CLE credits, including 1 Ethics Credit and 1 Diversity/Equity/Inclusion Credit. The event will feature insightful discussions on judicial perspectives, including both judge- and attorney-led voir dire, with practical advice for fostering and embracing diversity among litigants, attorneys, and jurors. Additionally, the program will provide guidance on achieving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

Beth will share her insights during a panel focused on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion – Achieving DEI missions and initiatives within the DEI executive orders and new federal guidelines along with Kelly Ann Bird, Esq.
