On June 27, 2025, Beth P. Zoller will be a presenter at the New Jersey State Bar Association NJICLE Hot Tips in Labor and Employment program, a full day event taking place virtually and in person at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, NJ. The Hot Tips in Labor and Employment program provides practical insights and strategies for navigating the complexities of labor and employment cases and will feature over 20 different programs.

Beth Zoller will present on DEI (Part II) Compliance and Legal -vs- Illegal DEI and discuss how employers can and should approach their DEI programs in light of the recent Executive Orders and guidance from the EEOC and DOJ and the impact on  initiatives such as affinity groups/employee resource groups, training and mentorship programs, supplier diversity programs and applying anti-discrimination/anti-harassment/anti-retaliation  policies. Denise Keyser of Ballard Spahr will present on DEI (Part I): The Executive Orders and the Litigation Challenges to Them.
