Zoller will be speaking at the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) 23^rd Annual Conference on the topic, “Don’t Just Sit There: The Importance of Speak Up Culture and Bystander Intervention,” along with ACC President, Catherine Fitch. This program will provide attorneys with the tools necessary to foster a respectful and inclusive workplace, recognize inappropriate behavior, and understand their ethical duty to address concerns promptly. The program also covers strategies for becoming an active bystander and promoting a culture where speaking up is encouraged, ultimately reducing organizational liability.
