On Monday, September 30, 2024, Kirsten Scheurer Branigan moderated the New Jersey State Bar Association NJICLE program “Best Practices for a Successful Employment Arbitration.”  This seminar reviewed relevant case law and provided guidance regarding drafting arbitration agreements, as well as best practices for representing clients in employment arbitrations.
