It looks like an Investigation may need to be conducted in Oz!

Employee Relations Director, Elphaba, filed a complaint with the Wizard, the Chief Human Resources Officer, accusing her co-worker, Human Resource Information System Director, Glinda, of “harassment” and creating a “hostile work environment.” It is suspected that Glinda is on the autism spectrum, but she has never disclosed this to HR. Elphaba claims that Glinda has made comments at the office, on her personal Facebook page, and on Oz’s Slack channel.

The Wizard assigns one of Oz’s Employee Relations investigators to look into the matter. During the Investigation, Elphaba reveals that she suffers from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder due to domestic violence experienced in a relationship with a senior executive of Oz, including an incident that occurred during an offsite work trip.
