Experience

Lori, an attorney with more than 20 years of experience, is a tenured Professor of Law at Saint Peter’s University (SPU). As Of Counsel to KSB Law, she handles a variety of business disputes and employment matters.  She conducts training, drafts handbooks, and reviews employment and severance agreements and business contracts. Lori has prior large firm experience where she served as general and special construction counsel to several boards of education, and handled residential and complex commercial real estate matters, including the representation of many lending institutions, private entrepreneurs, small businesses and corporations.
