Jessica brings with her over 16 years of experience as a Paralegal with 15 years concentrating in employment law. She has assisted counsel in mediating and litigating matters involving claims of workplace discrimination; harassment; retaliation; whistleblower; FMLA; contract; and wage and hour, among others.
Jessica has experience in all stages of negotiation and litigation including demand letters, mediation statements, discovery, document reviews, motion papers and trial preparation. Jessica is integral to the firm’s work on equal pay audits and workplace investigations.
Client & Case Support
Supports attorneys on employment compliance audits, employment handbooks, policies and procedures, employment contracts and severance agreements.
Conducts initial intake with new clients. Assists with the evaluation of employment claims, including document review and preparation of chronologies and document indices for employment negotiation and litigation matters.
Provides support in the preparation of comprehensive independent workplace investigation reports and employment-related training materials.
Administrative & Marketing
Coordinates the scheduling of consultations, meetings, and prepares legal correspondence, and engagement agreements.
Prepares marketing materials and presentations and assists with press releases, publications, updates on social media and the firm’s website.
