EXPERIENCE

Lori, an attorney with more than 20 years of experience, is a tenured, Full Professor of Law at Saint Peter’s University (SPU). As Of Counsel to KSB Law, she handles a variety of business disputes and employment matters. She conducts investigations, training, and drafts handbooks. She has also reviewed business contracts.

Lori has prior large firm experience where she served as general and special construction counsel to several boards of education. She also handled residential and complex commercial real estate matters, including the representation of many lending institutions, private entrepreneurs, small businesses, and corporations.

Lori has years of experience of coaching and training on both mental and physical well-being. She is the Appointed Chair of the Lawyer Well-Being Committee for the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Appointed Chair of the Lawyer Wellness Committee for the Hunterdon County Bar Association. She has been certified in Mindfulness (Levels I, II, III, and Master), Personal Training, Group Fitness, Bodyflow (Yoga/Pilates/Tai Chi), and has been a practicing martial artist for over 30 years. Utilizing her extensive skill set and diverse educational background, she uses a holistic approach to the overall well-being of her clients.

In addition to her multifaceted legal expertise, Lori has been published in professional and academic journals on the topics of employment law, real estate law, mindful and ethical lawyering, legal contemporary issues, and business ethics. She also is an accomplished public speaker on diverse legal issues as well as business and education topics. She serves on the Editorial Board of New Jersey Lawyer Magazine and Special Editor of the “Working Well” column. Lori also served as Special Editor of the February 2024 Edition of the New Jersey Lawyer Magazine entitled, “Lawyer Well-being,” which won the APEX award for excellence in publication (2025).
