EXPERIENCE
Beth P. Zoller is a Partner with KSBranigan Law, P.C., and an employment law attorney with more than 25 years’ experience. Ms. Zoller prepares and conducts training sessions for employees, supervisors, and human resources on a wide variety of issues, such as handling workplace complaints; workplace harassment; discrimination; reasonable accommodations; diversity, civility and bystander intervention; implicit and unconscious bias; cultural awareness; performance management; and HR compliance, including HR on Trial, a cutting edge investigation program that helps organizations conduct investigations that will withstand scrutiny in litigation and implement effective investigation practices and protocols. She also handles significant work with respect to diversity, equity, and inclusion, helping organizations navigate the increased challenges such programs now face given the current social and political climate.
Ms. Zoller serves as an investigator, conducting independent workplace investigations of employees on all organizational levels. She investigates a wide array of employment related complaints with respect to discrimination, harassment, and retaliation for entities of all sizes in a variety of sectors and industries. Ms. Zoller also assists with the Firm’s expert witness services preparing expert reports relating to the efficacy of investigations.
She further provides advice and counsel on various employment issues related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leave, reasonable accommodations, and wage and hour requirements. Ms. Zoller has experience drafting employee handbooks, workplace policies and procedures, employment contracts and severance agreements, restrictive covenants, non-competes, and non-disclosure agreements. Ms. Zoller has experience with equal pay audits and complying with rapidly changing pay equity laws. She is also an Arbitrator serving on the American Arbitration Association Employment panel.
Ms. Zoller is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association where she serves on the Workplace Investigations Committee, the Labor & Employment Quarterly, the Legislative Committee, and the Law School Liaison Committee as well as on the Executive Board of the Labor and Employment Section. She is a Co-Chair of the Labor and Employment Practice Area Committee and a member of the Investigations Practice Area Committee for the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF). Ms. Zoller is a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI).
Ms. Zoller frequently writes and speaks on a number of workplace topics including workplace investigations; pay equity; diversity, equity, and inclusion; as well as free speech, social media, and religious accommodations. She currently serves as an Adjunct Law Professor for Seton Hall Law School, teaching courses online to J.D. and Master’s students for the Master of Legal Studies Program such as Workplace Privacy Issues, Conducting Internal Investigations, and Managing Legal Issues in the Workplace.
Ms. Zoller attended Cornell University and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York.

Beth frequently writes and speaks on workplace topics, including workplace investigations, for organizations such as the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF) and the Association of Corporation Counsel (ACC). Beth has authored many published news articles, blogs, and white papers and has conducted webinars and podcasts on employment law topics. She has been quoted in numerous national publications and HR publications based upon her extensive employment law knowledge. Beth has also been a speaker at various Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Conferences on topics such as diversity and inclusion and rapidly changing federal, state, and local employment law issues.
